Love Downeast!!!

I love downeast outfitters! They are the one store that well I love everything they have. They are so in style and really modest for the most part. Here are a few things that I am just loving!

I guess the only thing I wish I could change would be the price.... I guess I will just keep admiring from afar!

Did you remodel?

Nope! Okay maybe to you this doesn't look that great but to me. Well all I can say is WOW!!! I can't believed I lived with this kitchen looking like that for so long.

This project stared last August when Ryan went out of town for work and I decided that I should paint my cupboards. You can read the original post here. With the help of my wonderful father I was able to do that. Well from that post you can see they 100 times better, but it just wasn't done.

Well my wonderful friend that you have heard me speak of many times help me (well really her and her mom did it all) decorated my kitchen! I added a new table and some knobs that I got a killer deal on a well. See for yourself. It is a totally different room!

We have a few more things to do. One being to paint the vent above the stove black. Thanks to my dad, Heather, her wonderful mom (who made my curtains by the way. So so nice!) and my wonderful husband for putting up with my new desire to decorate our house. It is amazing the difference it makes to have a room decorated!

I couldn't love this room anymore!

Miracles never cease

Today was a busy day for us. First Wilson and I went to the blessing of my cousins baby Max and had to come straight home to go to our wart because Ryan had to speak. I have been a little apprehensive about it because it is all during Wilson's nap time and how hard it is for a 17 month old to make it through not just one but two sacrament meetings and the second one I would be taking care of him all by myself. On our way home Wilson fell asleep. I thought it was wonderful and that maybe he would get a good 20 minutes during the ride to our chapel. So we got there and he was still asleep. I took him out of the car seat...still asleep. Took him in the chapel...still asleep. We sat down at a bench and I thought that for sure he would wake up once it started, but no. He slept. Needless to say I thought he could wake up any minute but it never happened. Ryan stared it talk about addressing the missionary whose farewell it was (weird that Ryan was asked to speak also I know) and told him that miracles never cease because is 17 month old was sleeping in sacrament meeting which has truly never happened. Well he did wake up after he had slept for a total of an hour and a half and that was only because the little boy in the bench in front of us (who is only 5 days older than Wilson) hit is head several times and was crying. It turned out to be a much better day at church than I was anticipating!

Nothing to read

It seems like everyday I go to the computer to catch up on all my blogs and become immediately become disappointed that only one maybe two have updated their blogs. And it almost never fails that it then occurs to me that I haven't updated mine either. I guess I just expect more from all of you.

So here is my update:

I don't really have much to say. I have decorated my kitchen finally (and I really didn't do it my friend Heather did) I am just waiting for a few other things to come together and then I will post the pictures. Luckily I have a before picture from when I painted my cupboards. I am so excited it looks like a different kitchen!

Wilson is growing like a weed and is into a new phase which I don't mind saying I wish would pass. He has meltdowns I would every ten minutes. I think he has finally figured out what he wants and then he tells me and if I wont give it to him then the world ends and he is in a full on meltdown. So it is lots of fun at my house these days. But I still love my little man!

We finally (after three years) planted seed in our backyard! It was good timing if I do say so myself, we are getting lots of moisture that will hopefully make it grow! I have pictures of that too, but am waiting for any sign of green to post.

And last but certainly not least I can not wait for GLEE tonight!!!!!
